The animation is beautiful! And you'll probably see me quoting the show a bit around here.

That's from the halloween special. ^_^
EDIT: It's a cartoon that aired in like 2000 or something. It's about a very poor alien invader that is looked down apon by his superiors and sent on a fake mission just to get him out of the way.
